固定剪叉式升降货梯(尺寸定做)

产品简介
      固定式升降货梯，是用于建筑物层高间运送货物的专用液压升降机。产品主要用各种工作层间货物上下运送；立体车库和地下车库层高间汽车举升等。产品液压系统设置防坠、超载安全保护装置，各楼层和升降台工作台面均可设置操作按钮，实现多点控制。产品结构坚固，承载量大，升降平稳，安装维护简单方便，是经济实用的低楼层间替代电梯的理想货物输送设备。
 
组成部分
      *井道部分：是用建筑物或轻型钢结构所围成的封闭式或网状式框架，内部两侧安装型钢导轨；
      *平台部分：是承载重物的钢结构平台，有封闭式(即轿厢式)或敞开式，两侧装有导向滚轮或导靴，平台底部可联接升降油缸或联接升降剪叉形钢架；
      *驱动部分：是带有液压驱动电机、油泵，安全阀，调速阀和换向阀等液压部件的一个小油箱。 油缸部分：是升降油缸直顶平台或顶升剪叉架的一个或多个油缸组成；
      *门系部分：是用钢结构组成的封闭式或网状式平台门或层门系统，有手动门和自动门，一般敞开式平台不设门；
      *电气部分：是包括动力、控制，信号，安全和照明等装置组成。 辅助部分：是液压管件、管道、压力表和钢结构底座等组成；
      *安全装置：安全阀，限位、门机电联锁、破裂阀，紧急开关和电气短路保护等。
 
用途
      *该种设备主要用于生产流水线高度差之间货物运送；
      *物料上线、下线；工件装配时调节工件高度；高处给料机送料；
      *大型设备装配时部件举升；大型机床上料、下料；
      *仓储装卸场所与叉车等搬运车辆配套进行货物快速装卸等。

WHAT IS IT？
      It is a special machine usually used to lift the cargos from floor to others; it also could lift the cars in th vertical car parking buildings, the machine has the safety device like anti-falling and overload protection device. It could all be controlled on every storeys and lift platform and had the advantanges like strong steel structure,big load capacity,stable operation ,simble maitenance and easy installations.
 
What’s it composed of？
*Channel section：It’s a close type or net style frame made up of the buildings and light-duty steel structure；
*Platform section：It’s a steel platform for the cargo, there are the guiding wheels and guiding boots,its Bottoms will be connected to the lifting cylinder or other steel holding frame；
*Powering sections：It’s a power pack composed of motor,oil pump,reliet valve,control vlave and directional control valve;
*Hydraulic cylinder：it’s an arm that lifts up the platform to the designated height；
*Door section：we have the manual and automatic door for your choice；
*Electric sections：It’s composed of the power,control,signal and light devices；
*Safety Devices：Relief valve,limit switches, interlockvise door,broken valve,emergency switc and electrical short circuit protections.
 
What’s it used for？
      *Used to lift the goods between the different heights on the production line；
      *Load dicharge the goods on the production line. Lift the parts or adust the height of the parts during any assembly;
      *Work with the forlift to speed up the load and unload in the logistic companies.
 
How to choose the correct machine？
