　　导轨式升降机是一种非剪叉式液压升降机械设备·用于二三层工业厂房，餐厅，酒楼楼层间的货物传输·高度在150-300mm,尤其适合不能开挖地坑的工作场所·并且无须上部吊点，形式多样化(单柱，双柱，四柱).设备运行平稳，导轨式升降机的导轨一般为槽钢、工字钢，方管焊接制成，操作简单可靠，货物传输经济便捷.
 

　　用途

　　不能到达要求的场合等比较难解决的狭小空间，可以量身打造高效率的送货平台。产品结构坚固，承载量大，升降平稳，安装维护简单方便，是经济实用的低楼层间替代电梯的理想货物输送设备。本产品主要应用于化工、高温、高压、电厂、核工业基地、炸药等防爆企业。

　　液压电梯在具备传统曳引式电梯的安全装置的同时, 还设有：

　　*溢流阀：可防止上行运动时系统压力过高

　　*应急手动阀：电源发生故障时, 可使轿厢应急下降到比较近的层楼位置开门;

　　*手动泵：当系统发生故障时, 可操纵手动泵打出高压油使轿厢上升到比较近的层楼位置

　　*管路破裂阀：当液压系统管路破裂轿厢失速下降时, 可自动切断油路停止下降;

　　*油箱油温保护：当油箱中油温超过标准设定值时, 油温保护装置发生信号, 暂停电梯使用, 当油温下降后方可启动电梯。

　　CHAIN TYPE VERTICAL CARGO LIFT

　　It’s a non-scissor type lift platform mainly used to convey the cargos in the 2-3 stroeys workshop/buildings,restaurant and hotel. Its mininum height is only 150-300mm and best choice for the working site wiout pit or the pit can not be digged. No hoisting above is required and the machine could have single,double or four pillars. The guiding rail is usually made of C channel, H beam or pipes by welding. The simple and easy operation makes the good transfer much easier.

　　CHARACTERISTICS：

　　Besides the safety devices that the tradiational lifting elevators have, it still have the followings:

　　* Overflow valve: can prevent upward movement when the system pressure is too high

　　* Emergency manual valve: power failure occurs, can make the capsules emergency down to the nearest floor open position;

　　* Manual pump: when the system failure occurs, the manual type high pressure oil pump can be manipulated to make the car up to the nearest floor location

　　* Pipeline rupture valve: when the hydraulic system pipeline rupture capsules stall falls, can automatically cut off oil stopped falling;

　　* Tank of oil temperature protection: when the medium oil tank temperature exceeds the set value, the oil temperature protection device of signal, suspended the use, when the oil temperature drop rear can activate the elevator.
